Demand for Payment
Our resolution team will make formal demands for payment by letters, and, if a phone number is provided, telephone calls will be made to your debtor(s) for a 60-day period to demand payment of the judgment. A total of three (3) demand letters will be mailed to the debtor, if necessary. There are a maximum of two (2) debtors for this service. A report of the outcome of our enforcement efforts will be provided to you once the 60-day period has elapsed. If the debtor(s) makes a payment before the 60-day enforcement period has expired, you will be notified. The outcome of the demand(s) varies by case.

Benefits:

Our experienced judgment collectors have had great success at collecting unpaid court judgments using this service. Though we can not guarantee your judgment will be collected using this method, this service opens up an inexpensive opportunity to show the debtor you have taken out an independent company to enforce your judgment and are serious about collecting your money. After all, you did not process your case through the entire court system just to end up losing again.
How long does it take?

This is a 60-day enforcement process as described above. A status of your results will not be available until the 60-day enforcement process is complete. After this time, you will receive results from us regarding the outcome of our collection efforts. If your case is collected before the 60-day enforcement period has expired, you will be notified.

How has it been used?

"I did not want to spend a lot of money on my case, so I chose this service. I didn't have much faith that the debtor would pay me or listen to UniResolve's collection staff. Surprisingly, before the 60-day period even passed, I received a notice from UniResolve that the debtor agreed to pay the judgment and a check was forthcoming. Who would have thought?"

Fee:

$39.00 per debtor/person.
